Melissa is a full-time Managing Residential and Commercial Real Estate Broker. She has worked for Success Realty since 2005. Her and her husband, Tom, bought the business in 2020 and she became the Managing Broker. She is a member of Illini Valley Association of Realtors, Illinois Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. She received her BA in Marketing from Elmhurst College. She has lived in Bureau County almost all her life and raised her family here. She loves to volunteer and is active in the community. She has been a Princeton Chamber of Commerce Ambassador and is on the board of the Bureau County United Way. She loves working with both buyers and sellers and will work hard to make sure the process of buying or selling goes smoothly.

Kim is a full-time Residential and Commercial Real Estate Broker. She was born and raised in the area. She graduated from the University of Iowa with a B.A. in Communication Studies. She has 8 years sales experience in insurance, pharmaceuticals and advertising and was the previous Executive Director of the Bureau County United Way. She is a member of Illini Valley Association of Realtors, Illinois Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. She lives in Princeton with her fiancée and 3 children. Catherine received her Real Estate License in 2021. With a customer service, marketing, and property management background she’s re-entering the work force after a 9 year hiatus to stay home with her 2 children. An advocate and enthusiast for old homes especially, she currently sits on the Princeton Historical Preservation Commission and spends much of her time rehabbing her century-old foursquare home she shares with her husband and children. She’s also a member of a community-based social-issues group, Human Human and a member of the Illini Valley Association of Realtors, Illinois Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors. She’s eager to put her experience in all things home to work for her clients.
